Yin and Yang Flow Yin and Yang Flow is a combination of vinyasa based movement which then moves to slower, restorative poses. We start with pranayama and floor-based exercises to prepare us for high-energy and active, standing poses, promoting strength, balance, and movement with the breath. We then slow down to a restorative practice to invite deeper, passive movement to help calm the nervous system and flow into relaxation. The combination of the two gives us the time and space to dedicate attention to both styles and enjoy the benefits both bring.
