Vinyasa Flow with Stacey
Tuesday 17:45-18:45
A fun Vinyasa style flow, which is a dynamic yoga style in which all the poses flow in and out of each other. We will work on building that inner trust and connection with our bodies through the breath that allows us to explore movements and poses in an exciting way.
Variations will be given for a range of levels and classes will always include a meditation, relaxation and theme. A perfect way to get to know your mind and body better.
