Sun Power Yoga with Sarah

Sun Power is an eclectic mix of classical yoga styles, suitable for any level of fitness.
In these classes you will learn and practice a set flowing sequence designed to increase strength and flexibility as well as to create calm physically and mentally. There is an emphasis on breath-work, alignment and mindfulness.
This is a great class for beginners to develop body/ mind connection and alignment in postures as well as to understand more about yoga philosophy; and a great class for improvers to develop stamina and go deeper in their practice.
