Prenatal/Pregnancy Yoga with Fi
Sundays 5.30 – 6.30 PM
Pre-natal Yoga, a carefully planned pregnancy yoga sequence to give you the opportunity to move, breathe and stretch whilst keeping you and your baby safe. The class involves poses that are safe for pregnancy, whilst giving specific variations for pregnancy related symptoms. We will cover a number of breathing techniques to keep you calm during your labour, and beyond. We also have time for birth preparation, to share experiences and a chance to catch up with other mums!
