Mum and Baby Pilates with Tal

(6-weeks post vaginal delivery, 8 weeks post C-section)
As a relatively new mummy myself and a women’s health physio, I knew I wanted to have the class that will help other new mums recover and strengthen our body after the amazing process it goes through to carry, deliver and then grow our little miracles.
In class we’ll slowly build up a Pilates program and learn how to reactivate your core muscles and pelvic floor, help your go back to a more neutral posture, and strengthen you so you can go back safely to all your favourite activities.
We will also do some movement playing with the babies along the class, changes by the babies age and motor stage, and their mood on the day.
You always attend baby’s needs first, cuddles, feeding, nappy change when needed, and running after them when they’re starting to get more mobile, as long as you manage that, there is no age limit for the babies.
