Thursdays 7:30 – 8:30
Start your day with a boost of energy, a dose of movement, and a tonic of calming relaxation. We’ll begin this fluid and energising vinyasa yoga class with some easeful, gentle movement, building up fire in the middle, and then giving ourselves a chance to melt and savour all of that juicy movement at the end. I know, I know – 7.30 am seems early. But I promise strolling to Shanti Bee in the early morning freshness and moving your body in positive ways will feel fantastic, and set you up for the rest of the day! Plus, I also don’t mind if you come along in your pyjamas, clutching a cup of coffee. All levels welcome – come and wake up your body and mind with us!
