Gentle Flow with Emma

This gentle flow class is an invitation to slow down, connect with your body and unwind after the weekend.
We’ll move through postures slowly and deliberately, focusing on the breath and turning our attention inwards.
Whether you’re a regular or a beginner, this class is designed to be inclusive and welcoming. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice and props are always available.
Each class will have a theme and finishes with plenty time for relaxation so you can leave feeling rested and ready to start the week.
