FoSB Wellbeing Circle
Mondays 13:30 – 14:30
A practitioner led session in which you are invited to gather in a circle.
The session will involve some gentle movement to get into our bodies, intention setting practices, some meditations and healing exercises with an opportunity to share in a held and safe space. Class could change week to week depending on what the group is feeling. It will be a gentle space, in which your invited to help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee and take time out for you.
