The Soothing Space is a weekly therapeutic trauma-sensitive yoga class. In this nurturing environment, you can expect a gentle, accessible and mindful approach to movement, emphasising the release of tension and promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Sessions are crafted to soothe the nervous system through intentional breath-work, gentle stretches, restorative postures within a supportively held space.
Each class offers a sanctuary for relaxation and self-discovery, incorporating mindfulness and guided meditations to enhance your mind-body connection. Our community-focused atmosphere encourages a sense of support and understanding.
