Vinyasa Flow Yoga with

Mondays 5.45 – 6.45pm
This is a strong flow that will involve continuous movement and breathwork.
Vinyasa involves linking body and mind through movement, creating a practice-based meditation. We will begin with a warm-up to find focus and intention, before flowing at pace through sun salutations, standing postures and a seated series, concluding with rest. Classes will be guided with modifications always made available. Ideal for intermediate yoga practitioners familiar with yoga postures.
