Conscious Flow with Fay
A flow style class focusing on moving with awareness of you as a whole being – breath, body, mind, emotions, and soul. When we move consciously it allows us to connect to ourselves on the deepest level.
When we practice consciously, we not only build up strength in the body as we move slowly and precisely, but also strength in the mind as we fully commit to getting to know ourselves better. We will be using breath to help ease us through more challenging spaces, which in turn will help us to believe in our ability to navigate challenges not just on the mat, but off it too. A practice for those who want to allow yoga to expand into every part of their lives.
