Each week, through a dynamic sequence of postures we start to build and develop body memory of the Primary series, the repetition of the sequencing each week enables each student to begin to ‘flow’ through the postures and begin to understand their own practice. I also introduce modifications and additional sequencing to help inform and develop difficult postures within the Primary series with a focus on the breath in cultivating this practice. Designed for both beginners and Intermediate students.
Beginners will be shown modifications in order to build the foundations of this practice over time.
