Over the forthcoming weeks we will explore the basic practises of the Universal Healing Tao.

We learn meditations which, when practised regularly help us to balance our emotional energies and nourish us with qi, presence and compassion.  We will be practising the Inner Smile, Healing Sounds and Microcosmic Orbit Meditations and also practising some gentle qigong.
