Connect to self and the connection between the mind and body with
Hatha Yoga and Relaxation with Laura.

Gentle toning, stretching, breathing with gentle and conscious movement. Each week we set intentions based on a different chakra at the relevant part of the body. For example if it’s root chakra we will focus on the lower body.

We will arrive through our yoga movements, ground – bringing our mind into breath and body, then do a sequence of warm up and joint care.

The class always incorporates a standing flow and asana, then core on floor work, finishing with a nourishing guided relaxation bringing back chakra themes and that week’s colour.

These are pictures of the candles that I use each session (see candle images).
If it’s root week we use the red candle, for example as a point of focus and to support relaxation.

For the rainbow week which is the last in a 8 week cycle, I line them all up like you can see in the image.
