Bio: Rosie M

Rosie has been teaching for 15 years.  She offers Yoga sessions to support balance in your body. 

Rosie can work with a range of aims, from fitness, to working with anxiety to yoga for better aging, yoga for improved sleep.

She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Her one to one sessions can one tailored to meet your needs.  She specialises in Yoga for Mental Health, coming from lived experience with eating disorders and ill mental health as a result of Domestic Abuse.

She also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma.

Bio: Kitty

Kitty is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for you. 

With a focus on trauma-informed practices, her sessions gently guide students to reconnect with their bodies and minds. Kitty weaves together meditation and breathwork techniques, empowering her students to create moments of inner calm, building resilience, and working towards a deeper sense of well-being. 

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Kitty’s approach prioritises your comfort and unique needs.

Kitty has additional training in chair yoga for people recovering from injury or with mobility issues, she also has a more in depth focus on breathwork which she incorporates into her unique offering. She regularly works with individuals who have autism and ADHD.

Bio: Jasmine

Jasmine is a hypermobility specialist trained in Jeannie Di Bon’s Integral Movement Method (IMM) with EDS Echo. With over eight years of teaching experience and two decades of yoga practice, she brings a trauma-informed, accessible, and therapeutic approach to her work.

Her teaching is grounded in inclusivity and an understanding of how movement and rest can support diverse bodies and lived experiences — informed by her own journey with chronic illness, hypermobility, and neurodivergence.

Having led 15+ retreats across five countries, Jasmine is passionate about creating supportive spaces through thoughtfully designed workshops, 1:1 sessions, and group classes that prioritise care, connection, and nourishment.


One To One sessions offer more therapeutic approach to yoga, often called Yoga Therapy – the practice of yoga to alleviate physical and mental health conditions. Anyone can take a One To One session.  You do not need to have any experience and we welcome any age. 

Each teacher offers varying experiences and training, therefore a very different experience. Please take time to read their One To One bios and choose accordingly.

One To One Yoga

All our teachers offering one to one sessions are DBS checked and fully trained and insured in what they are offering.

While you are in the session you will use the main room. There may be a therapist using the smaller room in the building, this should not cause any disturbances. The space is a shared community well being space.
