Join Rosie and a staff member from Skills for People at Shanti Bee, for a Yoga wellbeing session designed for people with disabilities and/or Autism on Mondays at 1.30 – 2.30.
This gentle yoga inspired practice explores moving in way that helps you feel grounded. We will use our body in new ways, at your pace, practicing breathing techniques to build skills in focus.
The session is about feeling good on the inside and finding time to connect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
