For beginners & improvers – In a gentle mat Pilates session, we will go through the basic principles of Pilates, combining movement, strength and awareness to your posture. In class I try and tailor the exercises to the individual as I get to know you better, classes are appropriate for all levels.

I see Pilates as a low intensity type of exercise that help you build up your core stability, improve your posture, spine mobility and balance, and help you stay away from injuries.
