Join us for a whole hour of peaceful guided rest and relaxation. These sessions will include yoga Nidra, Guided meditation and Mantra meditation. We have mats and blankets and cushions at Shanti Bee but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.
Sessions are designed to promote healing and counteract the stress hormones in our bodies. No experience necessary for any of these sessions, come as you are.

Rosie Mason
Slow and steady these sessions with Rosie will begin with some awareness practice’s, using our body and feelings to find a grounded and anchored place together. We will practice some gentle yoga based balancing breathing techniques each week.
You will then be guided through a yoga Nidra or body scan.
We will leave 5-10 minutes at the end of each class for any reflections, questions or observations – or we can use this time to talk about a monthly theme that I’m bringing into all my classes.

Come and explore a variety of meditation techniques to help relax and calm the body and mind.
Combining soothing breathwork, seated somatic movement with meditation and music. This is your dedicated space to calm the nervous system, clear stress and anxiety and reconnect to who you really are.

Mixing my knowledge from kundalini yoga , meditation , heart of consent work , breathwork and intuitive healing
Most importantly space and time to readjust into the relaxing part of your nervous system where healing , pleasure and peace resides always inside your body , mind and heart
These sessions are here for you to come back home to yourself with gentle guidance on how we can do that

Take some time for yourself towards the end of the day to relax, release what no longer serves you and connect more deeply with your body, mind and spirit with presence, curiosity and compassion. In this class we will practise guided meditations from Taoist and Yogic traditions, gently re-wiring the nervous system bringing greater balance, cultivating more self-awareness and self-compassion. Trauma sensitive. Every body is welcome.
