New Floor Fundraiser Park Yoga

We enjoyed the last park session so much (it was lovely to see everyone), we have decided to do it again!

Rosie & Stacey are holding a Socially Distanced Yoga in the Park session at Iris Brickfield Park on Saturday 25th July from 10:00am until 12 noon.

There is no cost to take part and each class will last about an hour. If you would like to click on the booking button and register for the class, it would help us with numbers, but there is no need to. You can just show up on the day.

Ashtanga: Surf & Yoga

45 minutes Ashtanga Yoga Sequence with Louise followed by an hours surf lesson as a group. A fun and active way to spend your Saturday afternoon!

No experience required. We spend an hour doing Yoga and then jump in the sea for an hours Surf.

You will be taken through a flowing Ashtanga Yoga session and then instructed on how to surf.

If you’ve been before we welcome you back! There is always tips we can give you and practice to be done.

Full Moon: Surf & Yoga

An hours deep stretching Yoga session, open to all levels followed by an hours surf and maybe a paddle out to look at the Full Moon.

No experience required for Surf and Yoga sessions. We spend an hour doing Yoga and then jump in the sea for an hours Surf.

You will be taken through a flowing Vinyasa Yoga session and then instructed on how to surf.
