Hatha Yoga with Susan

You will move through a series of yoga postures using breath work and mindfulness practice throughout. You will come to a deep extended practice in which you hold poses for long periods of time.

A gentle class – suitable for all levels.

If you have not previously practiced with this teacher, you should let them know of any health concerns you may have. You take these classes at your own risk, so please ensure that you are physically OK to practice the specified type of yoga.
