My name is Kay and I re-trained as a Holistic Therapist in 2019. I’ve always been interested in holistic therapies and using natural methods for well-being however when my daughter was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, I sought them out even more. Reiki was particularly useful for both me and my daughter during that time and I credit it for being able to get me through the difficult times and the challenges we were facing. 
Since then, I have trained in multiple healing modalities, Usui Reiki, Seichem Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Spirit-Led Reiki. I also trained in Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Therapy and Intuitive Tarot Readings.

Intuitive Tarot Readings
 A gift of healing for your Soul! Intuitive Tarot Readings are a combined reading using Tarot cards and channelled guidance and/or messages from your loved ones in Spirit.
Swedish Body Massage 
A swedish style massage primarily involves long, soft, kneading strokes to release tension from the deepest muscles of your body, while releasing tension from the surface layers of the muscles. This method involves using light, rythmic strokes combined with joint movement to relax, energise and heal your joints and muscles. 
Hot Stone Massage 
Hot Stones are used to massage the whole of the body, using the heat from the stones to relax muscles and allowing for a deeper massage to ease tension and fully relax muscles. The Basalt Stones – known as river rocks are said to be healing within themselves as they are so good at retaining heat – they are also able to retain other healing energies. Between each session my stones are cleaned, cleansed and infused with healing reiki energy for the ultimate healing experience. 
Reiki-Infused Massage – 1hr 30 mins
Full Body Swedish or Hot Stone Massage followed by 30 minutes of healing reiki energy to relax those muscles and heal at a deeper level. 
Cupping Therapy 
Cupping Therapy is a treatment technique which places glass jars on the skin to enhance circulation, relieve pain and extract toxins from the body. Cupping Therapy can be excellent to help with: – 
Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Migraines, Anxiety, Depression, Allergies, Asthma, Varicose Veins.
Usui Reiki Healing
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and disorder and can bring profound healing whilst easing discomfort of symptoms. 
Seichem Reiki Healing
Seichem is a living light energy meaining it is a different and higher vibration than reiki which is most beneficial for working with emotional and mental levekl concerns as well as that higher spiritual connection. Meaning ‘power ofpowers’ or ‘might’, Seichem is similar to Reiki by working on our higher bodies to balance a person mentally and emotionally but can also be used for physical ailments. Seichem Healing works with the healing elemental rays, earth, fire, water and air. 
Angelic Reiki Healing
Angelic Reiki is a powerful, yet gentle, hands on healing system which allows very high vibrational energies and intelligent ‘Beings of Light’ to work upon your body to help release physical, ancestral, emotional and karmic imbalances across all times and incarnations. You may also receive messages of guidance from the Angelic Realm. 
Spirit-Led Reiki
Spirit-Led Reiki is healing directly from our own Spirit Team to assist with our healing. Spirit has an infinite intelligence and understanding and therefore knows what is best for us. You can experience healing with this modality from Spirit Guides & Angels, Ascended Masters and Galactic Healers for deep and profound healing at all levels.
