After many years experience within children and young people’s social work and trauma informed training gained from working in this environment (alongside her yoga and somatic movement training) Beth has decided to bring a holistic approach into 121 sessions where individuals can release trauma, stress and tension from their bodies in a safe and held space.

Trauma Release

EFT (Tapping)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful mind/body method that involves gently tapping on specific acupuncture points while focusing on an issue that is causing emotional discomfort.This form of therapy has been shown to effectively reduce stress and anxiety, enhance focus and concentration, provide increased clarity, and help resolve fears.

NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming therapy works by helping individuals to reframe negative thoughts and beliefs into more positive ones. This process can help overcome problems and achieve goals by using techniques such as reframing negative thought patterns, anchoring positive emotions and teaching effective communication skills. NLP aims to reprogram the way you think and the negative stories you tell yourself by identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours.
