Steady Souls is a scheme we have set up for individuals finding barriers in accessing health services. We want to make this service accessible for those who need it most.

As a member you are entitled to:

Access to our online portal with courses, workshops and bite-size well being videos
Complementary Health therapies for just £20
Concession rates for all our weekly classes

1) FoSB is a scheme we have set up for individuals who might ordinarily find barriers in accessing health services. We want to make this service accessible, for those who need it most. This scheme is free for those who could not afford to use these services otherwise. If you would like to use this service but have an income and are financially stable, we ask that you make a monthly donation. Please choose the statement which best describes your circumstance. *

You are managing a chronic, physical or emotional health issue. and are financially otherwise unable to access well being courses. The membership of this scheme would help with this.

2) When you visit the centre or complete a course online for the first time you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire, for your own safety and to make sure we can support you fully. If there is anything you would like to tell us prior to this that might be helpful for us please detail below.

3) Can you please tell us why you would benefit from being on the FoSB Scheme. This could include health concerns, or barriers you experience in assessing well being services. This information will help us in our funding applications and will be held in confidence. We would never use any information without your consent. *
