Hatha Vinyasa with Jodie

The breath is so important in yoga so we spend some time each week finding our focus with breath, we then will move into Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flows combined.

We will practice at a slower pace first to help us really feel our movements, while continually returning to our building awareness of breath.
The session will build towards a faster pace, with the aim to stay connected to moving with our breath.
This is when Vinyasa Yoga happens!
