Shanti Bee Yoga In The Park Workshops

We will meet just next to the willow arch on the field, it’s not too big so you’ll find us.

Each session will last an hour, please bring a mat if you have one or let us know if you need us to bring you one. While your with us please give people space, while we can meet in large group we must respect social distancing guidelines.

All that said – we can’t wait to teach in person!

As these are outside classes, they are weather dependant (northeast weather as well). We would massively appreciate it if you could try and book as close to the session as possible, knowing it is on. This saves us the refund process (which we really don’t mind doing when it’s required, but you know :)).

There are any number of things a yoga mat could help you let go of at the end of the week – join us for a flowing yoga practice to get into a positive and wholesome mindset.

Need to unwind, build energy for the week ahead, get grounded? This session can help with all of these things.Whatever your reason to attend there is space for you in this Kripalu yoga class and all levels are welcome.

This practice will include both gentle flow and posture holding.  The practice may encourage you to look inwards, following the yoga you’re most welcome to stay and share your thoughts over a donation-based cup of tea.

There is no set price for this session, it will be donation-based and all money raised goes towards ongoing roof repairs at Shanti Bee.
