Women’s Well-Being Yoga with Lauren

Sunday 18:30-19:30


A specialised yoga class for women who want to use a yoga practice to support and flow alongside their internal rhythms as well as external and lunar phases. 

These all level classes combine both education and nourishment combing breath work, movement and stillness to both strengthen  and relax the body, honour the changing physical needs and support women during the changes and fluctuations in mood, emotions, needs and mental well-being as well as build upon your self autonomy
