Shanti Fridays are free to anyone with a valid class pass, all of our volunteers and teachers. If that’s not you, you can still drop-in for £8.
Shanti Fridays are different each time. However, they will always run 7.00 – 8.30pm, with the last 20 minutes of the session for cups of herbal tea and reflections.
Full Moon Meditation & Slow Flow
Join me for a wonderful Shanti Friday Meditation and Slow Yoga flow related to the Full Moon to leave you feeling connected and relaxed.
I will start by explaining what sign the Moon is in, what this relates to and what this could mean for you, followed by a Meditation to help get clear on your intention for the session. There will be space to journal and/or share if you feel called to do so, before going into a Slow Yoga flow related to the themes already discussed.
We will end with an extended Savasana to leave you feeling relaxed but recharged. Suitable for any level.
New Moon Yoga
New moons offer us a healthy and cathartic opportunity to let go of things we no longer wish to carry with us in the new cycle, and also to set intentions for the month(s) ahead.

New Moon insights, oracle cards, journalling exercises, intention setting, sharing (optional), guided meditations, welcoming community
Things to have with you:
A journal and a pen, comfortable clothing, any special items you’d like to bring into your space, and most importantly an open heart.
