Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Sally

Finding a sense of safety in our experience through movement, relaxation & mind-body exercises.  Learning self-regulation and mindfulness skills and sharing experiences.

Working with the dysregulation of trauma we can help anxiety, depression, PTSD,  chronic illness and chronic pain.

Sally draws on a wealth of teacher trainings, including trauma training and 19 years experience of teaching Yoga.  She is skilled in holding safe spaces and delivering this nuanced approach to Yoga through nervous system regulation. She is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health and has regular supervision for this work.
