Begin To Yoga with Rosie
Want to build up core strength, establish a foundation for increased flexibility and learn mindful practice through Yoga?
This six week course will introduce strength building positions, standing balances, yoga breath work and mobility exercises whilst aiding you in relaxation.
The course will help you develop physical strength and also support you feeling emotionally strong and balanced, increasing self-awareness through movement.
Book the full course for £50 (£40 concession) until 3rd December.
Each session will include yoga philosophy, yoga Breathwork, yoga asanas (positions), movement and relaxation.
You do not need to have any experience in yoga or other flexibility practice for this course.
You can do this course from the comfort of your own home as the full course content will be taught via Zoom. You will also receive optional videos of the teaching content.
