One To One Yoga with Stacey

My one to one Yoga sessions will first start with a consultation so I can tailor the sessions to your specific needs.  We all have our own reasons for starting to explore yoga, so it’s important to establish first of all what level you are coming in it, why you are starting and ultimately what you would like to achieve both physically and mentally from our session.

I have a warm and friendly manner to allow you to feel at ease throughout the sessions, whether you are brand new to Yoga and would like to see what it’s all about before attending a group class, or if you have been practising a while and wish to deepen you practice.

I have been practising yoga for many years and my training so far has been specifically in Hatha and Vinyasa.  If you’re not sure what any of the names mean, don’t worry! I can explain that all to you and we can work together to figure out which style suits you best.

My yoga style is influenced from my background in gymnastics, so I love working with developing flexibility and I also trained as a personal trainer so I also love incorporating strength drills into my practices.

Yoga however is not just for the body; in my classes we will also explore meditation and breathwork as these are a fundamental part of yoga.  It is up to you how much or little you would like to go into these during our sessions.

Not only will we develop your strength and flexibility, we will also work together to develop your confidence, self love and compassion through our sessions together.  I view Yoga as a workout for the body and a work in for the mind to give you a holistic, traditional approach.

I offer; Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Chakra Yoga, Slow Flow and Specialised flows relating to the Moon, elements and seasons.  However, if there are any styles or specific aims you have that you don’t see listed please get in touch and I will do my best to assist you!  I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on your yoga journey.

I recommend a minimum of six sessions one to one, following that I often suggest monthly catch-ups and attendance at a weekly class. Sometimes sessions can go on for much longer, depending on your aim.
