- Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for healing and nervous system regulation
- Stress Management & Resilience Building
- Mindfulness & Compassion training
- Embodiment – Supporting people in becoming more embodied through Somatic Yoga
- Chair Yoga
Each session is tailored to the client’s needs and wishes, with the possibility of weaving together Yoga, nervous system regulation skills, Mindfulness & Compassion training and self-massage. Sally also offers audios or videos for home practice.
Sally holds a safe, caring space to guide you in finding more ease in your mind and body, then offers tools to regulate and build capacity in the nervous system.
Most people have some degree of trauma and it shows up in many ways. This work helps people with PTSD/complex trauma, chronic pain & fatigue, chronic illness, anxiety, depression & chronic stress. Some clients do this somatic based work to complement talking therapy.
Sally also supports Psychotherapists, Yoga and Mindfulness teachers who want to become more embodied in their life and work.
I recommend a minimum of six sessions one to one, following that I often suggest monthly catch-ups and attendance at a weekly class. Sometimes sessions can go on for much longer, depending on your aim.
