The morning class offers you the opportunity to establish yourself for the day.

Taking time to ease in and build up energy through a gentle flow working towards a peak pose. The class is suitable for all levels with variations provided for those new to yoga and those who wish to deepen their practise.

Throughout the class you will be encouraged to join movement with breath to encourage a day full of ease and energy.
