Candlelit Yin with Rosie Edmonds
Yin allows us the space to go deeper in to a pose both physically and emotionally, as we release our bodies into long held postures.
We arrive gently in to these poses, giving ourselves time to sense and feel our way in to what is there, sometimes with the help of a little intuitive movement to guide us softly from one place to the next. In a very Yang society, it is essential that we dive in to these slower practices, to give our whole being a chance to restore itself.
We will focus our practice on an Element, inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, with a curated playlist to accompany. Suitable for everyone.
