Beginner Friendly Hatha Yoga with Jodie
Jodie has trained with The British Wheel of Yoga to become a Yoga Teacher.
The classes I teach are Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga and also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga
Her classes involve observing the breath first, embodying Hatha Yoga Poses, sequences and Mindfulness meditation, helping you feel rejuvenated for the day ahead.
